Refund Policy

How a refund works depends on where you bought your Vendit plan. This policy is part of our Terms of Service (Section 7).

• Bought in the Vendit app (Apple App Store or Google Play): Apple or Google processed your payment, so refunds are requested from them under their policies.
• Bought on our website or web app: our online reseller Paddle.com processed your payment as Merchant of Record. If you're not happy with Vendit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, renewals included. To request one, use the link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net, or email support@venditmobile.com and we'll help.
• Free trials: cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
• Cancelling: this stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Where to cancel depends on where you bought your plan (Terms, Section 7.4).
